At Mother & Daughter Event Planning, we provide safe, engaging, and stress-free childcare services during events so parents can enjoy the celebration with peace of mind. Each package includes age-appropriate activities, crafts, storytime, and snacks, with at least one CPR-certified caregiver on-site to ensure a fun and secure environment. Childcare services are available only if there is a designated area at the event for supervision. To ensure proper care and organization, all children must be registered at least two weeks prior to the event, and childcare services will conclude by 10 PM.

*Important Note: Any group with children under the age of 2 will automatically require an additional adult caregiver to ensure proper supervision, safety, and age-appropriate care. Younger children require more hands-on attention, including diaper changes, feeding assistance, and individualized care throughout the event. For this reason, there is an additional charge of $150 per child under 2 years old to accommodate the extra staffing needed.
